Discovering Elements of Surrender Through Art

The Christian life is a path of surrender to the Lord. This can often feel like painful sacrifice, but in response, God gives us Himself: infinite, abundant, and  immeasurable. We will ponder this journey with God by contemplating a grouping of paintings that begin with inspiration from Jesus’ conversation with a woman at a well, as recorded in John 4, and develop into an artistic representation of surrender related to the elements of water, fire, wind, and earth.
